At Mach One RaceGear, every piece of gear is built for performance—and delivered with care.
🧵 Order Processing
Custom Products (Racing Suits, Custom Gear):
All custom items are made to order and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility. Production typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and demand.
Because these items ship direct from the factory, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
In-Stock Products (Gloves, Shoes, Accessories):
Orders ship within 1–3 business days from our U.S. location.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days
- International Orders: 5–12 business days
We ship using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
🌎 International Orders & Fees
For international shipments and factory-direct custom orders:
- Duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included at checkout
- These charges are determined by your country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery
Mach One RaceGear is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
⚠️ Shipping Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are handled by the carrier. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- Customs processing

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started
