Refund Policy – Mach One RaceGear

At Mach One RaceGear, every product is crafted with precision and built for performance. Because many of our products are custom-made, our refund and return policies are designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun.

For non-custom (stock) items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

To initiate a return, please contact us at order@machoneracegear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Custom Orders

Custom products (including but not limited to custom racing suits, gloves, shoes, and gear):

  • Cannot be returned or refunded once production has started
  • Are made specifically to your design, size, and specifications
  • Are eligible for adjustments only if there is a manufacturing defect

We strongly recommend reviewing all sizing, measurements, and design details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.

After this period, orders cannot be canceled due to the custom production process.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds for eligible returns will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
